Mission
The Ballet Brotherhood exists so that no young man crossing from ballet school into a professional career does it alone. Born from Remi Wagner's story, and from what his loss revealed about young men in ballet — more opportunity, less support — we surround them with mentorship, scholarship, and health & wellness care, built around the values Remi lived by: work ethic, teamwork, dedication, and kindness.
Vision
We envision a ballet world where male loneliness is treated as the documented, preventable crisis it is — where every young man has a mentor who has walked the path before him, a brotherhood he doesn't have to earn his way into, and support in place before he falls out, burns out, or checks out. Mission
The Green Room is the school ballet never gave you. Through an on-demand Professional Readiness Credential — six core courses plus electives — we teach every dancer, every gender, from ballet school through the first years of company life, the life and business skills almost none of them are formally taught.
Vision
We envision a professional dance world where "nobody teaches you this" is no longer true for anyone — where every dancer steps into a company already equipped to manage their own career, and where the Professional Readiness Credential is recognized by schools and companies alike as proof a dancer is ready for what's next.
