While there are many broad ballet support programs, there’s a unique gap for young men during the transition from training to company life—where financial support, mentorship, and mental health resources can be especially lacking. ShamRockk exists to fill that gap.

Yes, but we are more than that. While we do offer monetary awards, our deeper purpose is to provide recognition, mentorship, and a lasting sense of community for male dancers who show exceptional character and potential.

Yes—we are beginning to recognize dancers at select regional and national competitions for their behind-the-scenes professionalism, artistry, and attitude.
