At the ShamRockk Foundation, we are committed to supporting young men in ballet as they transition from ballet school to the professional stage. Through our collaboration with Creative Generations, our mentorship efforts are already making a meaningful impact—recent mentees have earned acceptance into prestigious summer intensives, received company promotions, and been invited to train with top-tier ballet programs.

Together with the team at Creative Generations, we’re building a mentorship program that offers real-world guidance, encouragement, and insight from experienced professionals who understand the unique challenges of this path.
