The Male Dance Connection exists to unite male dancers worldwide, creating a community of engagement, learning, and growth. Like the ShamRockk Foundation, they believe that boys and men in dance face unique challenges that are often overlooked—and it is their mission to meet those needs with resources, mentorship, and collaboration. In fostering safe connections, shared learning, and mutual support, TMDC empowers male dancers to grow personally, artistically, and professionally—strengthening not only the individual but the art form itself.  This includes:

• Provide information, answer questions, and connect male dancers with resources that support successful dance education.
• Foster artistic growth and personal development by encouraging safe friendships and cooperation among male dancers.
• Offer boys-only training opportunities for those who may not otherwise experience an all-male environment.
• Support dancers of all levels—from recreational to professional—while honoring each unique journey.
• Build collaboration among artists, educators, and patrons to elevate the dance community as a whole.

The Male Dance Connection is helping build a future where no male dancer feels isolated, and every dancer has the support needed to thrive on stage and beyond.

Ballet Private, co-founded by Francisco Estevez, offers focused, high-level training and coaching for dancers who need more than a regular studio class. 

Services include:

• strengthening core technique, 
• preparing for major competitions and auditions, 
• men’s technique coaching, 
• thoughtfully structured return-from-injury classes that rebuild confidence as well as strength. 

He also helps dancers develop their artistry and performance quality so they can bring real presence and musicality to the stage.

Born in Quito, Ecuador and raised in the U.S., Francisco trained at the School of American Ballet and danced professionally with New York City  Ballet, Boston Ballet, Barcelona Ballet, and as a Principal Dancer with  Colorado Ballet. 

He is a trusted member of our Advisory Board and worked directly with Remi over the years, bringing both deep professional experience and genuine care for the next generation of male dancers.

Fifth Position Path LLC., was founded in 2025 by Principal dancer Samantha Hope Galler of Miami City Ballet.

Creative Generations provides personalized mentorship and whole-person wellness support for aspiring professional dancers. This includes one-on-one sessions with former professional dancers, covering a range of topics including training, audition preparation, career strategy, and navigating the complex world of dance.

Dancers also gain access to a full wellness team of former dancers and licensed experts, including support for injury prevention, dance-specific nutrition, mental wellness, breathwork, and optional biofeedback.

This program is designed to build confidence, clarity, and longevity in a dancer’s career—offering the kind of holistic support elite athletes now consider essential.
